In the event of a doubt, for quality requirement reasons, or a patient concern not defined as a standard leading symptom, a Med-Triage staff member will be involved in the question-and-answer dialogue.
In this case, the Med-Triage physician completes the questions and makes the outcome recommendation. This is supported by the Med-Triage Guidelines (SOPs) and the interactive Patient Management System as an internal support tool.
At the beginning of a job at Med-Triage, specific training and education takes place for all employees involved in emergency care. These employees undergo introductory training. Further training seminars are then held periodically for this purpose.
A Med-Triage physician is part of the internal Med-Triage team. First level and second level support is set up to provide you with a high quality 24/7 service for your emergency department and patient care.
